Signing in

1. Enter your work email and tap Email me a code.
2. Check your inbox for a 6-digit code. It expires in 10 minutes and works once.
3. Enter the code and tap Sign in.

Only approved Florida Water Treatment and SINQ Labs emails can sign in.

Changing Susan

1. Edit the agent name, voice, scripts, booking or calling settings.
2. Tap Save draft. Drafts don't change live calls.
3. Place a test call to your own phone and listen.
4. If it sounded right, tap Test call sounded right. A publisher can then tap Publish.

History, rollback and users

• Version history (publishers and admins) lists every draft and published version. Admins can tap Roll back next to an earlier published version; you confirm first and it's logged.
• Users (admins) adds or removes people and sets their role: editor, publisher or admin. The last admin can't be removed or demoted.
